I don't even know where to start. Wren have been a complete nightmare. We put a down payment down for a kitchen and then got a better offer by another company. The took pictures of the other design we had to compete with the price. The manager said at the time 'a don't understand why you would want to go with someone else, when anything they do we can do' yes unless you want quality. When we receive the design from Wren we looked through all the details and notice that although the price was cheaper so was the quality. We contacted Wren serval time via phone, email and in person to explain that we would be going with another company and would like our refund back. Wren have made up every excuse it the book of why there where unable to refund us despite the request being made a month ago! This has left of feeling stressed. my parents who are disabled have been saving for 15 years to buy themselves a kitchen can't get there money back.
